Website Terms of Service for Treetophealth.net

Last Revised: 9/1/2024

Welcome to the Treetophealth.net website ([https://www.treetophealth.net/]) (the “Site”). Treetophealth.net, owned by Treetop Health LLC (collectively “the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this Site for your personal use. We operate the Site with links to third-party compounding pharmacy(ies), through which we offer an online service.
As used throughout these Website Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), the term “Services” means the provision of providing compounding pharmacy prescriptions by an appropriately licensed medical doctor (collectively, the “Health Care Professionals”) based on information provided on the consultation form by the website visitor. These Services enable you to access and engage with Health Care Professionals to obtain the Services. In addition, such Services may include providing access to lifestyle articles in the form of website blogs for the enjoyment of website visitors. Some of these blogs may contain links from which we could collect commission payments through affiliate links when a website visitor makes a purchase following these links. Such Services may also include making available for purchase non-FDA approved dietary supplements, skincare or similar self-directed health support products for the choice of purchasing for our website visitors. For any article or blogs, dietary supplements or self-directed health support products, or compounded medications obtained by prescriptions on our website, the Company, Health Care Professionals or any company staff do not recommend, suggest that they may provide any benefit or make any guarantees, whatsoever, about their outcomes once used. The Company merely provides a Health Care Professionals service to provide a prescription based on informed professional opinion from the consultation form or makes articles available for reading or makes supplements available for purchase, to the website visitors in a convenient manner.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as well as our Privacy Policy, our Return Policy, and any other notices on the Site, because they govern your use of the Site and the Services provided through the Site.

For purposes of these Terms of Service, the term “User” includes anyone who may be a paid subscriber to the Site and Services, as well as any non-subscribing users of the Site and Services.

To use the Services, you must agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service. By completing the consultation form and/or placing an order on the website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all such terms and conditions. If you do not agree to some or all of these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to access or use the Site or the Services and should not use the Site or the Services.

Refund policy.

If you cancel your order before we send a prescription to our pharmacy – 100% Refund

If you cancel your order after we send your prescription to our pharmacy – we only charge a $100 doctor’s fee and refund the rest.

If your prescription has been filled while we would like to do everything we can to accommodate our clients’ needs, we cannot accept a return request, and your order will be shipped.

We typically send your prescription a few hours after we receive your order (if approved per consultation), but not later than 24 hours.

If you receive your order, but it is damaged (arrived hot, melted, leaking or in any similar condition), you must let us know as soon as possible, and provide evidence of damage (pictures etc.), but not later than 12 hours from delivery. We will start an investigation with the pharmacy, and follow their final decision. If the Pharmacy denies a replacement or a refund, but in Treetop Health’s determination the client is due a refund, then at minimum we will charge a doctor’s fee of $100.
